I complained a month ago about incorrect billing, my 2 contracts come 2 R338 per month but for the last 4 months I've been billed R397. I gave my ID number last time but your incompetent staff couldn't even pull up my details and submitted someone elses number as the reply on HelloPeter. When I told them they had the wrong person no one replied.

I then went in store and registered a billing complaint. The lady said the money owing to me will be deducted off my next bill, yet this morning I still get R397 deducted off my account.

You have until the end of today to call me and settle the matter over the phone and guarantee the situation has been rectified and all outstanding money owing is sent to me or I will be recouping my costs by taking whatever is not nailed to the floor or desks in your store as compensation for this.
