Wrong/ Inaccurate billing

I have been having a contract with MTN since 13th February 2006 with no complaints. Currently I am having 3 gadgets with MTN one which is my main contract of 083 557 0500 number, the second gadget with 073 745 4637 number and the 3rd one is 083 308 9592 which is a Broadband 2 Gigabyte card (Data card). The Data card is the one that I'm not happy with the billing. The billing has been fine until October billing when the bill went to R 321.70 whilst I am having a fixed amount of R 159.00 on a monthly basis. Again in November it went up to R 1 107.45 and in December was R 949.57. To my surprise in January an amount of R1626 was deducted from my salary. I went to East London branch in Hemingways Mall with no success. What makes me angry is that this Data card is not even connecting to my laptop and I am given 2Gig of Data every month. I am not getting any help instead they tell me about collection plan that I am under but they deduct money every month. All I want is that they must tell me the amount of Data I used where their billing is based. I am being ripped off please help.
