Hi, I got a message on my phone saying i was owing R59, 00 on my DSTV Easyview, and on the 1st October I paid R89, 00, hoping i was paying for the following month as well. Then on the 16th October my account was suspended and was told that l am owing R73, 00 of which R50 is a reconnection fee and R27, 03 is what i am owing for the month of October 25 - November 24, and when I check my statement, I was billed R50 reconnection fee on the 1st October the day l paid my account, and the account was only suspended on the 16th October. But my query is this, how can they bill me for the month of November whereas the date is not the 25/10 yet, and also that they say l am owing R77.03 and on the same statement they say l am owing R39.33. I need this sorted out because the way l understand this l am not owing any cent. I don't understand why is my account suspended.
