I have been incorrectly billed for three months, everytime I go into the branch they tell me I must wait for the following month in order for it to be credited, well this has now gone on for the third month and they are still billing me incorrectly and no credit has been given. The rep from paddocks has sent in a USD but nothing has come of it, he has been very helpful but the billing department has done nothing to rectify.
I have now paid my account minus the money owing to me, now they are sending me messages saying they a going to switch me off if I don't pay the difference.
When MTN owes you money they take forever to pay, but when you pay short they want to quickly switch you off.
This happens everytime I upgrade and I don't think it fair that I am billed for monies owing to me.
