We had an ADSL line installed Dec 2012 It has only worked for 2 weeks from that time telkom line was down.
MWEB has deducted over 6 thousand Rands from my business accounts since december to date!
Phoned Brenda Monanyi 3 times this morning to ask why are 4 mb uncapped shaped business account e mail was limited to 20 e- mails an hour. Each time I phoned her number MWEB BusinessTel: 27 11 340 8091 the phone would be picked up then put down again. I don't know if this is Brenda on the end of this number today maybe its not, but what a terrible service. Whoever is representing Mweb should be ashamed I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and i cannot believe this is allowed to happen.
When we spoke on Tuesday you were not aware that the package I WAS MIGRATED TOO had limited e -mail capacity. what do you recommend I use now? This limits my company operations and I'm not prepared to use a second party (bulk mailing AGENT)
please bare in mind that since this line was installed 17 DECEMBER THIS LINE HAS ONLY BEEN OPERATIONAL FOR APPROX 2 WEEKS.
I am tired of fighting MWEB and not getting anywhere with them!! *MOEDELOOS*
