8ta's billing dept. will cost me entry in univers

This started in the month of August. 8ta decided to block my sister and I's numbers (27614333910, 0760423142 ) (at the end of September) because of a missed payment which was the result of 8ta's billing departments error. Deducted money from my sisters bank account on the 25th instead of the agreed and signed upon date which is 30th of every month. They then the next month deducted twice on the same month at the end of that month our No.s were blocked we went to query. We where told it would be fixed within 7working days 14 days later it was still not fixed, we went to query again why the No.s where still blocked as 2days before we went they deducted the money again Now my sister owes R900 which the person helping us couldn't explain where it comes from. But said the No.s would be fixed yet again in 7days it wasn't. Its became a month later and No.s have now gotten cancelled as they have been blocked for 3months. We went to query and where told that the No.s will be reinstated and my sister now somehow owes them R1500 and will have to pay for the No.s to be reinstated. Pay for THEIR error. Now im waiting for a reply from nsfas (which Is sent by sms) so I can proceed to nmmu regist
