I have 4 contracts with you guys which totals to over R700 a month, 3 of my contract will be due for an upgrade this year which I will most defiantly not renew. The reason for this is because of my 1500 loyalty points which I lost and could not get back. This points might of cost R20 to but you will lose my renewal of my contract. I phoned over 7 times and could not get help, when I wanted to speak to a supervisor I was cut off 4 times. Just for 1500 points you will lose a customer. Sorry but the way you manage and treat me as a customer I uncalled for, I felthelpless because I could not get help from any of the staff. I am very angry, I just wanted to bring this to your attention before I take this matter further. Please get back to me urgently.
