Last Friday I visited your office in Rivonia to bring in my modem which was not working. I only arrived at your office at 4:45pm and expected no-one there since that's the case with all other companies. However there was a receptionist (very polite and efficient to deal with) and after waiting hardly a minute Gareth came through and sorted out my problem. He was very polite, efficient and really went the extra mile for me. I was absolutely amazed at the service I received and walked out a very happy customer indeed. I've told several people about the fantastic service I received. Well done and keep it up!
