It has got to be against the law to be this in-competent. Vodacom messed up my upgrade by billing me for two contracts when i only took out one. After a whole month of waiting Vodacom credited my refund and requested to for last month only to move my billing date to 31st of month and i agreed left sufficent mony for the debit wasnt debited now there collections department is hounding me... Truly shocking.
