Within 5 minutes of applying online- I received a callback to confirm receipt and go through details.
I requested a modification and was tolld was possible. Prior to processing, i received another call to say modification not possible and eas asked if I still want t proceed. process was painless and I've been informed that contract approved so now just have to wait for delivery. I appreciate prompt service and attention to customer request and the fact that nothing was processed wihout checking that i still wanted to continue and altenatives were offered before completion of application
