1. On 7 February 2013 I called the MTN call centre at 808 regarding the balance on my
account.

2. The call centre informed me that the account balance was approximately R8000-00.

3. During December 2012 I visited the MTN Store in Lichtenburg to enquire if I can utilize my Blackberry Cellphone as a bluetooth modem. One of the employers informed me that I can utilize my Blackberry as a modem at no extra charge.

4. As from 8 February 2013 I will not utilize my Blackberry telephone as a modem.

5. I feel very unhappy about the fact that I am held responsible for a high account resulting from wrong advice by a MTN employee.

6. I request that this matter receives attention.
