I would like to bring this matter to your attention being a mtn valued customer currently holding 3 contracts with mtn, both blackberry phones and modem has been cut and still been charged while I have paid my accounts. I have been to pavillion Mtn and the workshop Mtn and nobody seems to know where an extra R1800 comes from on my account. The modem has been cut from the 27th of August and they have still billed me another R470 for september, how is this possible when the modem is disconnected. Please do something about this issue. The service is deplourable and it takes awhile to get through to customer service.
