SuperCharge more like OVER Charge

It all started with the Blackberry Internet Service (BIS), we had been paying in an additional R120 every month for the BIS for our two Blackberry phones. We were then informed that the BIS comes off of our pre-loaded airtime that we get on our Control Chat Contracts. We then changed to the NEW recurring BIS service that was being provided, only for our lines to be cut without warning due to short payment, we were then informed that we had to pay in additionally for this BIS service. On 27 February 2013 I bought a Samsung Galaxy S3, because my Blackberry broke one month after the warranty had expired, and they could do nothing to help me. I cancelled my recurring BIS as I no longer needed it, but this was only affected on 01 March 2013, and was still charged for the month March even though I no longer could use my Blackberry handset, let alone the BIS. So I had paid R59 for a service that I was not able to use. We were informed that we needed to cancel the recurring BIS before the end of the month to prevent this from happening, which my wife did on 25 March 2013, today our lines were cut yet again because of another outstanding amount of R113.29. This is absolutely ridiculous!
