Called 14/1/2013 12.40 ref3010701533 & again ref3011403158 12.40 21/1/2013 ref 1301210000068514 again ref1737515 30/1. I am really tired of this pathetic service. I initially saw when u replaced my Blackberry curve 9300 which i had for almost 2years & use to download from a free site "fztvseries" & was never charged all of a sudden I am being charged R1300.00 & nobody can tell me for what is that charge but I just get the standard response "if you stream, download freom certain site or use as a modem or roaming then i will be charged". So tell me where have i been streaming or roaming or what sites have i downloaded from??? it seems to me that because you replaced my blackberry is this how you get your money back by unfairly charging the client. WHY CHARGE ME NOW. 2ND I have had a blackberry & a Nokia touch screen for almost 2years now that I want to claim for the phone as it was lost or I am sent from pillar to post. The call centre gave me a blacklisting form & told me to take it to a store I then went to westgate & they don't want to asist as I don't have the IMEI no. WHERE MUST I GET IT FROM YOU SHOULD HAVE IT. or is this your way of not covering me
