I PURCHASED AN APPLE IPHONE 5 FROM CELLC AND DELIEVERED IT ON MONDAY, ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY I LEFT IT TO CHARGE AND ON WEDNESDAY I FOUND OUT THAT I COULD NOT HEAR PEOPLE ON THE PHONE WHEN I RECEIVE A CALL.
I CALLED IN TO CELL C AND PRECIOUS SEKHONYANE TOOK MY CALL WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT THEY WILL ONLY BE COLLECTING MY PHONE 3-7 WORKING DAYS LATER AND AFTER THAT IT WILL BE GOING TO THEIR TEC DEPARTMENT AND IT WIL TAKE BETWEEN 3-4 WEEKS TO GET MY PHONE BACK.
THIS, OF COURSE GOT ME UPSET COZ HOW IS IT MY PROBLEM THAT IVE GOT A PHONE THAT DOES NOT WORK!
WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT SHE REFUSED ME???
DOES CELL C NOT TRAIN THEIR STAFF ON PEOPLE SKILLS? DONT THEY KNOW HOW TO HANDLE IRATE CUSTOMERS?
I WILL NEVER EVER RATE CELL C! SHE WAS RUDE AND THIS IS NOT HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS .
AND DID I MENTION THAT IT TOOK 4 WEEKS FOR THEM TO DELIVER MY PHONE..
