Out of stock iPhone and I am unable to get help

Dear reader. I have been into cell C Menlyn twice now and make 5 calls to the store since the 29th of January and I still haven't received feedback or any indication of when my issue will be resolved. The first time I entered the store I was asked to come another time to sign up for an iPhone 32GB contract. The second time I entered I handed all documentation and signed some documents and was told that I am fourth on the waiting list for the phone which was due to arrive the next day. I called in the next day to find out if the phone had arrived and I was told not yet. I have called a further 4 times since (3 times yesterday) and everytime I have called I am not transferred to the person who received all my forms and put me on the waiting list, I have to leave my name and number with each call I make. One of the shop assistants lost my number after calling 6 hours later. Aanother shop assistant said she doesn't know anything about anything and can't help. Then I was told they cannot check how far I am on the list because the list sits with another lady in the back. I am migrating from Voda to Cell C and I'm having second thoughts with the service I have received thus far...
