Two years later and still no coverage improvement!

It has been two years since I have complained about the signal in Secunda area.
I gave my address and work address. And no improvement has yet happend.

I work for Sasol with thousands of other people. At work it is really necessary/very important to ensure you have enough and good quality coverage for you thousands of customers in this area.
I've had so many emergency situations at work where my cellphone signal is just gone and I have to get to the nearest land line to make calls. If it is an MTN number which I have to call I can just forget about getting through to the person.

MTN I am begging you to please improve the quality of the MTN coverage in the area. We work in a very dangerous environment where accidents happen often and it is unacceptable to pay for contracts when your signal if not satisfactory.

Vodacom is currently installing reception/signal towers all over the Secunda and Sasol area to assist their clients with their signal issues. Please assist your MTN customers as well. I for one do not want to change my service provider. I have been with MTN for mare than 10 years and I would like to stay with MTN!
