After my previous conversation - i was told even though i dont need the lines i needed to do a sim swop in order for my issue to be sorted - i then travelled to nashua mobile on saturday to do a sim swop - i then called in today and requested a statement and get a statement showing I have to pay a pro-rata of R500.00 on my two lines that i stated i dont even use. i left a msg this morning with marisa to get the lady that assist with the hello peter complaints to give me a call this was at 9am - guess what im still waiting for a call
