On the 22nd January 2013 my husband received an sms from Autopage that his account has been suspended has he now owes R1603.48. I called Autopage and asked on his behalf for an itemized statement, i was told by 3 call center agents that it will be emailed to me, i only received page 1 of 3. This statement now indicates that the amount of R2602.07 is owing i called again and same thing happened. i left a message on their Facebook Page i received a message requesting the cell number, i provided same. i called the call center 0861232424 once again on the 4th March 2013 and was told that the matter is being escalated and it would take 2 to 24 hours to receive a statement and the initial statement was posted. It is now the 6th March 2013 i called once again now im told that they are not able to let anybody have the itemized bill, and that the February 2013 statement is being posted i should get it this week. I find it so difficult to understand why Autopage is refusing to let us have our statement for February 2013 yet our account was debited promptly on the 2nd March 2013.
