My account was in arears in respect of my December 2012 payment of R404 (rounded off). On 25 January 2013 I made a payment of R886, in respect of my December 2012 arear account (R404 R49 reconnection fee) and January 2013 account. On 4 February 2013, I received a sms notification advising I owe Altech Autopage in the region of R152 (rounded off). This is obviously incorrect. How difficult is it to do the math? R886 - R404 - R49 - R404 = R29. Yes, that is correct, they actually owe me R29??? I've called everyday since Monday (04/02/2013), and even received notification that my credits have been passed to my account, but my account have still been suspended 3 times, and still is. What do one have to do to have this addressed. Is Altech Autopage willing to reimburse me for my time and money spend on phone calls to them? I don't think so!
