Mid 2011, my cellular contracts were cancelled by Vodacom in agreement that they had no signal coverage in my area. They asked whether I would like to utilise the service till monthend since I had already paid for the service being a top up contract. This made sense as I dont see why I should be the loser to a multi million dollar corporate with whom I had already spent 10's of thousands.
I then received a bill for which I was natuarally infuriated over and reversed the charge on my account. In December of 2011 I received a call from Vodacom stating that the calls are recorded for my benefit and that the issue had been resolved with no funds being outstanding on my account. I thanked the lady and put the phone down.
November 2012 I received a call with regard to the same account, now having accrued apparent interest offering 25% off for billing which I believed to have been cancelled.
I would like vodacom to call off their "bloodhounds" and rectify the issue with email confirmation to cover me in event of their most likely future blunders.
