Pathetic techs

My Cell phone was booked in for repairs (blackberry software upgrade failed) on 20 December 2012. the consultance said that it qould take 3 - 6 weeks befpre my cell phone wold be ready for collection. i have been following up since week 4. On each occasion I get told that it is still at the Head office in JHB. When i asked th consultant to follow up with the technicians, he told me that he cant because they dont even answer their phones in that department, or if they do, then they just put it down again., What kind of service is this? I am expected to just be happy with thise answers. Every Week after that i goet told, that it will be ready during the next week. It is now in week 7 and still no phone.
This is really pathetic service, and i can guarentee that because my ohone is only a few months old, they would have taken all this time to just replace it. Riduculous!!!
