OVER CHARGED CONTRACT AND INCORRECT BILLING

Hello Peter,
Im terrible sad and frustrated by Vodacom, in June 2011 i took a bundle contract called mo faya from Vodacom which was priced at R149.00 for 2 gig night owl and 2 gig day time. Vodacom has been debiting my account with R349.00 instead of R149.00 as is that was not enough from the time i had the contract until 2012 April i was unable to utilise the bundle because they had the no coverage in my area. I requested them to re-imburse my money from then till march 2012 they returned R1093.95 without noting what it was for and still they billed me on R349.00 instead of R149.00. Kindly assist me to get all my money back dating from June 2011 to date. In February 2012 they debited R2155.54 stating that its for bundle usage for december 2012 only. i despute this as i was never online for that long. They dont want to return my money that was supposed to have paid my car's instalment. i just had a baby in january and the stress that vodacom is putting me through is extremely unbearable. Hello Peter assist me to get all my money back from vodacom.
