I have been with MTN all of one day and I regret it. My line is not working despite technical department saying all is fine. No data will show despite purchasing 500mb last night, my 100 line wont register despite having a voicemail waiting and the call centre thinks I am phoning from a Telcomline. I further just had the most unsatisfying service from your Woodmead branch. It is unfortunate the lady 'assisting' would not provide me with her name nor was she wearing a name tag. She looked bored and did not once try to engage with me but rather made me feel like I taking up her time and she did not care. She also took a personal call and assisted a friend while I was being helped. When I stated I was unhappy with the service she did not say one word but ignored me I then told the other assistants I was unhappy and i was also ignored. If this is how you treat your customers then I do not know if I want my contract and may use the "cool off period mandated by the CPU. Cannot believe the indifference to a customer complaint.
