3 Faults have been reported on my adsl line in the first week, The third technician finally came out today & "resolved" the problem after waiting two weeks for 4 different technicians they claimed would come out during this time. I have tested my line with 3 different, brand new modems. My job requires that i have a working, stable adsl line at home for when i work after hours & weekends. The adsl line was working perfectly on 10mb for the last 6 months & before that it was stable on 4mb. There is random timeouts in data & the line disconnects completely intermittendly. Usually telkom sorts it out first time, but this time it's not happening.
I need this line fixed!
