I have a contract with Nashua Mobile. I don't have any contracts with Vodacom SP. But on the 30th of August there was a debit transaction that took place on my account for R760.50 with reference K0110537 0184645650. I have called Vodacom and Nashua Mobile wanting an explaination and I am being sent from pillar to post. I want to know why my account was debited and where did Vodacom get my banking details. I never signed anything with them. Is this or what, I need answers.
