Debit order from wrong account

Vodacom deducted my monthly fee from the wrong bank account (should have used the savings account until end of Nov). I had to pay an extra bank fee of R 90.00 because the account (current) was empty and Vodacom added another R 100.00 to my bill. I did inform Vodacom to only start using that account (current account) on the 1st of December 2013. And then all of a sudden without any notice my phone was cut off (subscription suspended) so i phoned vodacom. Vodacom then said that on the day i notified them that my account details will be changing as from the 1st of December - it was updated immediately and that is why the debit order went off the current account and not from the savings account.
