Please assist as i have problem vodacom i have had my contracts with them foe a long time now the dont assist with any thing

the have sent me a letter today to tell that this what i owe and while i was not have happy with what they have sent me (email from dataportal ref S3-TYY9D-DPAC) on the attachement they tell me that i use the phone in the morning at 2:00 am and its impossible as i always switch my phone off everyday and they couldnt expalin to me how did i even get up to that balance i am not happy with vodacom at all after so many years with them ...:( and know one is coming back to me with a positive response i dont what to do should i take the case up? i am not happy at all the is something going on on my account with vodacom
