After having my landline out of order 8 times in the last few months our service was finally restored on 11 January 2013.We were assured by the Area Manager that new cables had been laid and we should have no more problems. Well guess what-THE LANDLINE IS DOWN AGAIN.
This is totally ridiculous-what are we paying for-certainly not for service as that word is "foreign" to Telkom.
Please can this insane situation not be rectified once & for all. The inconvenience is beyond words & yet again we are going to have to run up outrageous cell phone bills
