Last year my landline went down 8 timesthe last time being on xmas eve so we were unable to phone family & friends. It was restored on 31/12.12 and the happiness lasted just 9 days. It went down yesterday was later restored and has now gone down again. Why should we run up these horrendous cell phone bills when we are paying for a so called "service" from Telkom. We were assured by the Area Manager that new cables were being laid- apparently this has not happened-MORE FROM TELKOM
TELKOM YOU ARE AN ABOMINATION OF A COMPANY WITH TOTAL DISREGARD FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS
