Pathetic service

Reported my landline out of order on the 20th December 2013. Followed up about 5 times. Lots of apologies and empty promises and landline is STILL out of order as at today!!! Follow up through call centre this morning via my cellphone twice and after holding for over 10 minutes both times, was disconnected!!! What does it take for my landline to be fixed!!
