Telkom want their bread buttered on both sides it would appear, the Walk in Centres are pathetic and no one there can help a, then 2 emails later and no response yet, Call Centre say it is possible yet the order reference they gave me on the 6th of this month which apparently would resolve my query is still pending. Time they are brought to their knees. Telkom Mix is a contract which provides both mobile and landline services, has nothing to do with DSL services. If you want DSL you must have a landline component cant get around that, therefore Landline is the Primary and main component of everything Telkom. Yet as my dsl service is now provided by a thrird party they refuse to provide me a renewal of my Mix COntract saying I am excluded as I am classified as a Whoslesale Account due to my DSL being handled by a third party. I say Poppy as Landline is first and foremost of all services and I pay Telkom for that no one else, therefore I want my Mix Issue sorted out and they are not interested. If they insist that I am wholesale then they must divorce landline from DSL simple as that but of course not because then no one will have a Telkom landline anymore want a bunch of c
