I applied for a telephone land line 9 months ago, Telkom says there is no cables but my neighbours have land lines. They claim cable in the area, but the complex i stay in has a landline in the office. Escalation Reference number given by Telkom is 450202/32, which was given to me in June 2012. Please help me to get a landline as I have an illness and the cellphone reception is poor. If anything happens to me for NOT being able to get telephone assistance, I will hold Telkom LEGALLY responsible.
