Horrible service

I recently had my phone . for the 4th time in a few months because of the disgusting crime in the country.
and when trying to blacklist my phone i was unable to find the box that the phone was purchased in so i was unable to supply the IMEI number to have the blacklisting done so i can then process an insurance claim through autopage themselves. i was then basically told over the phone there is nothing they can do to help me.
i have now been without a phone for almost a month and have to use an old smashed up blackberry i had to borrow. so rite now i am paying insurance and for the contract for nothing. i will definitely be advising everyone i know to never take out a contract with them if this is how things are handled . i have been calling them for 2 weeks and have not been able to come rite. i wish i could cancel my contract with them!
