Twelve weeks later I am still without a phone whereby contract for repairs clearly states 6-8 weeks. In the 49 weeks we have had phone it has been in for repairs for 22 weeks. Surely this is breach of contract. Ria the one part owner now informs me I must sort out replacement of new phone myself. She is not helpful and it seems that everyone at Autopage hide behind emails, NO-ONE will talk to me on the phone, makes one think. We have had contract with Autopage since 1994 and to be treated in this way is disgusting. Surely an owner of a store tries to make things right. I do not know who I need to speak to sort this out... I don't have a phone for the 12th week, don't many people would be happy if they were in my shoes! In this economic time surely you look after your longstanding good paying customers or are we just another cell phone number on their system. I will definately be terminating all four of our contracts as they come to an end! Disgusted and appallled at Autopage and Ria. I hope the franchisor sorts this out and I am contacted by someone so I can get my phone back which I am paying for every month!
