Motor rite service plan

I took a service plan with motor rite April 2011.I can't remember my self signing a contract with them however when I phoned them they said to me the agreement was voice recorded. I phoned Wes bank on the 18/11/2013 to cancel this plan they told me on the agreement it states that I will be paying premiums till I finish paying off this car. I cannot remember my self agreeing on that what I remember is the duration of agreement incept on the start date and continues until termination by reaching the contract kilometres which is 19250 or contract months which is April 2014 whichever occurs first. Please can some one give me clarity on this cause I don't who to call now when I phone Wes bank they refer me to Motor rite when I phone motor rite they refer me to Wes bank? The policy no is for Motor rite is Cnd05416j and the account no for Wes bank is 85166498606.
