After months of very bad service form numerous untrained and useless people no one that I've spoken or emailed will give me the direct name and ph number and email address of someone in top management such as the CEO or managing Director> I do not want to deal with any more underlings in this company.
I also do not want a form response to this complaint as has been done in the recent past so many times.
I am furious.
