Pathetic customer service from Cell C management

I upgraded to an Apple Iphone 5C on 8 Dec 2013 however the phone refused to charge after 23 days and Roxan from the store booked it in for assessment due to it being defective and I received this in writing. Wesley Patrick the useless store manager dealt with the query and said there is nothing he can do and referred me to Dhelan Naicker the OPS manager who was even more useless because he also could not help and referred me to Dino Naicker the regional manager for Cell C. Sad to say I never got a chance to speak to Dino because he's busy, however was referred to his incompetent PA Shan King who never replies to my calls or emails. She promised she will resolve the matter with Dino but never got back to me. I called her today and she said Dino advised the store will call me and she refused to explain further. All I wanted to know if I will receive a new phone due to my loss of faith in the defective one or will Cell C cancel my contract. But "NO" the management of Cell C is too busy doing nothing and treat their customers with such disregard.

If I do not get feedback on this from Cell, I will be taking legal action against them!!! So Shan or Dino you guys need to up your game!!
