My mother applyed for an upgrade for her cell phone contract, she was i told that she will receive the phone in seven days, when she called them the following week she was told that the cell phone was sent back becouse they could not find the address but she did not receive any phone call from cell c enquiring about her address, when she called cell c the second time they ensuered her that they will deliver in 2 days but she's been waiting for 3 weeks now, she has not receive her cell phone.
