Cell C how disappointing once again!!! I have been with you Cell C for 10 Years given you continuous support. Obviously customer loyalty is not first on you list!! On Monday 3/3/2013 around 10h30am my phone went off not being able to make/ receive calls so thinking is a signal problem I left it alone hoping it would come on soon. As this is my work phone I work from home with no other communication I worried a little cause without my phone I do not work. After 8 hours I thought no there must be a problem with my phone so I phoned 140 Cell C Customer Service which was a disaster. They continued to tell me that an amount was rejected by my bank and that is the reason they cut my phone. I asked why they did not phone and worn me first so I could rectify this. They said I would need to pay the money before my phone would be switched back on... you can imagine the frustration cause I have never missed one payment with Cell C. I phoned my bank and they said Cell C did not do Mag Tape to my bank for this payment. I phoned Cell C back and they admitted that it was there mistake. I have never been more angry! 3 days later my phone is still off which means no work on pay!!
