I phoned Cell C customer care regarding a complaint about a Cell C pre-paid phone that I bought a Blackberry 9320 COMB and spoke to a lady called Precious Sekhonyane regarding the problem with the phone. She told me she can not help me when I ask to speak to her manager or supervisor she told me they can not help me. I then asked to speak to the CEO of Cell C she told me he is not taking calls. So who do you phone with your complaints? This after holding for 30 minutes to try and get help.
