I portal my number to Cell C. They delivered the phone, and within 4 days the phone stop working. The phone did not pick the sim card up in the phone. I report it on the 19th of September OBF 099279 is my ref number. Then they said they will collect the phone. They did one week later. Then Ram take a week to deliver the phone to Cell C. Ram Number RW 12164041. Its now today 15 days later. And I just get stories of the whole thing is still in process I can phone them (Cell C) on Monday again. When they promote this contract to me they promise me if anything go's wrong with the phone within the first 7 days they will just replace it. Well this is not the case.. or is it just a case of they did not mention it will take a month to replace it. According to me this is false advertising and very poor service. from Cell C and RAM. I'm without a phone for 2 weeks now. What will the excuse on Monday. and how long will it take to send the new phone out again. Another 2 weeks? just asking. I'm not impress with Cell C Service. Will You be able to take this up for me thanks. Mike
