Vodacom account on my ITC

There is a vodacom account on my ITC that I came about knowing about last year when I did a credit check. It seems that it comes from May/June 2011 but only become aware of it last year around October. When I enquire through a lawyer I received a letter from vodacom that the account has been settled in full. Since then I tried to get vodacom to clear it of my name without success. I phoned the legal department multiple times but every consultant transfer me to another department and no one able to help me. I mailed the customer service last week in asking to clear their name on my ITC, only in receiving a mail yesterday that states "Please be advised I do not understand the nature of your request." It's unbelievable. It seems to me that vodacom don't have any details of this account as they handed the account over to attorneys last week in mailing me that they did so. I phone the attorneys and they don't pick up anything under my ID number.
I want to buy a house, but vodacom is preventing it through their incompetence!!!
