Whitfields Property Management: worst managment

We have not had electricity for the past 6 hours in Palomar complex. I have tried to inform the neighbours and members of the body corporate. No one seems to care. Finally when I thought I would take it upon myself and contact the managing agent to resolve the issue, there is no available number on which I can contact them. The Whitfields website is useless and I do not think that they care about their customers as we are currently suffering with no option. I contacted Eskom and they refuse to help without an account number or cell phone number of the registered individual. Whitfields are not concerned about their customers after working hours. There is no option to respond on their website and no emergency contact number available. If you want a good Managing Agent, Please refrain from using Whitfields Property Management.
