I returned my blackberry after it had broken in May. It is now September and i still don't have my cellphone back. I have insurance. I have been in to the store several times and no one has phoned or contacted me once. I have to go into the store each time to hear what's going on. After two months or more i was told to have my insurance form signed by my mother so that i could be given a new phone (the contract is in her name). The form was emailed to my mom which she sent back the same day. I went to the store to check if they received it where i was told i would have my phone in two days. I went back after a few days and was told that the form hadn't been signed-which they could have contacted me for as my mother did sent the email she had just forgotten the attachment. I was spoken to in a very disrespectful manner, in front of many other customers, which is unacceptable. My mother sent the form the same day and contacted management and told them about everything in August where she was assured everything would be sorted out. I am still waiting.
