No response to email registration

I called the Bankmed call centre on the 4th July 2013 to find out how to register. I was told I can fill in the form and email it through to [Email Removed] I filled in the form, scanned it and then emailed it through. No response. I resent it on the 11th. No response. On the 16th I then went and found every email address I could find on their website and sent it through to all of them. No reply.

Today I then faxed the exact same form through. I also called them again and the consultant informed me that there is nothing on file. He then gave me an email address that is for the Bankmed team that handles Standard Bank. I have now sent it through to that email address as well.

Now, we will see if I actually get a response.
