I cancelled my cell c contract that expired 21 June 2013. I am still being charged and receiving soft bar limits via email and sms. I have called numerous times and have so many ref no. they keep saying I converted to a pre-paid. which I have NOT. I tell them to pull the voice recording and they can never find it. come the end of the month they want payment but they cant sort my account. I think there is a serious lack of knowledge and common sense with staff and even more so with management. PASSING THE BUCK seems to be the norm at Autopage. I don't recommend anyone to them as they are beyond useless. if you want you account to be correct and decent service where people actually know how to do there job go to Telkom Mobile.
