Phone booked in more than three times

I have a problem with a phone, since i bought it is having problem with internet access. It couldnt download my watapp successfully and it could not logg into my absa cell phone banking while i can logg on with the same sim into other phones. I even checked it with absa there is nothing wrong on there sit because it can logg on with other phones. And I also did a sim swap on my sim card it could not help.(I then took the phone to vodacare Jabulani and they booked it in, and in few days it was ready for collection i tested it at store and find it with the same problem. It was booked in for the second, third time and fourth time same stories. As Im taking it is still booked in for the fourth time. Everytime I go into the store i just get a new job number. the last job numbers : 8549042 and 8579901 I am currently helples I also called 0821944 many times it could not help. I also asked them to replace it. I'm still staked with this service i received. Please help!
