JOB Numbers 8549042, 8579901 and many more. I was at the store yesterday 16/02/2013 as I received sms said my phone is ready for collection. I tested the phone there at the store with a consultant and phone is not receiving any network settings and it cannot logg on into my cellphone banking. I wonder if they do test it before they say it is ready. It is now booked in for the five's time. I can appreciate if my complaint can be resolved, because I'm a full vodacom customer with a weekend everyday and modem contract. I want the phone to be replace or replace with a different model if there is a problem with a C3, I will pay the difference if there is any.
