We bought a phone (Samsung Galaxy Pocket) on the 21st of December for my mother as her birthday present. The phone didn't receive nor make calls. We returned the it within 7days and it was booked for Out of box failure. Then they gave us another phone (same model) which gave us the very same problems. We returned it and advised the consultant that we don't want this phone anymore, we can't have 2 phones with same problem and store manager was called. He was so rude and he refused to assist us. He gave us nothing but bad attitude, told us that the issue with the phone is out of his hands and we must contact Vodacare. We asked him how on earth must we contact Vodacare when the phone is brand new, he told us that we no longer his customers and we must deal with Vodacare and not him. He told us to call a certain number, which he did not even right it down for us. I asked him to call that number for us since we are his clients and he refused, and he kept on telling us that the issue is out of his hands. What makes me more angry is that, we even asked questions by his friends not working at Vodacom, how unproffesional.
